Meet the Staff at Wind River Dental Care
At the core of our dental practice is a friendly team of professionals that are dedicated to your utmost comfort and optimal oral health. We view each patient as a unique individual and tailor each treatment to your specific needs. Teddi Winge: Registered Dental Hygienist
Teddi Y. Winge has worked with Dr. Shane for over five years. She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 28 years. She has worked in private practices, the Life Resource Center and was the first Dental Hygienist to provide dental hygiene services on the Wind River Indian Reservation. When requested, she provides oral health presentations featuring DR RABBIT. Her professional organizations have kept her busy being a member of ADHA and WDHA for 28 years. She was elected Alternate Delegate for ADHA and also served as Historian, President-Elect, President and Past President of WDHA in the 1990’s. During her term as President, she helped to increase the membership of WDHA by 30 members. She is now serving as a hygiene examiner for the Western Regional Exam Board. The board renders dental hygiene competency exams for dental hygienists in 19 states. Teddi is active in her community. She has been an advocate for the Fremont County Domestic Abuse Coalition and is a volunteer at South Pass. She is a project leader working with the Wind River Reservation 4-H Club. She was the recipient of the Regional Outstanding Volunteer Award and won an Alaskan Cruise. She grew up in Montana on a ranch on the Stillwater River in Stillwater County She attended dental hygiene school in Sheridan Wyoming. She was a Resident Assistant and Vice president of Student Senate. Her Senior year she was nominated for Who’s Who of Junior Colleges and was presented with the Outstanding Student of Sheridan College Award in 1988. In 1994, she married Lander native, Scott Harnsberger. They have enjoyed living out on North Second with her menagerie of animals including Emma Jean the pot belly pig. Teddi finds her dental hygiene career very rewarding and takes great pride in helping her patients obtain optimum oral health.
Ingrid Buchmeier: Registered Dental Hygienist
Ingrid is a Lander native who grew up on a small ranch on upper Baldwin Creek. She lives on the Ranch with her husband Roger and her son Ryan. She loves to spend time riding her Arabian and Morab horses and caring for all of her livestock in her spare time. Ingrid attended Sheridan College and graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in 1987. She has worked full-time or part-time in several different offices and brings 30 years of experience to this practice. Ingrid is also an adjunct instructor for the semester-long dental assisting program at CWC. She teaches radiography and therapeutics. Ingrid has the ability to make a nervous patient feel at home and comfortable during their treatment.
Judy Cox: Registered Dental Hygienist
Judy is our newest staff member and comes to us with over 27 years of dental hygiene experience. She has lived in Lander for 20 years. Judy and her Husband Chris have raised their family in Lander. She enjoys bicycle riding, gardening, and spending time remodeling her home.
Dental Assistant: Marlene Ulrich
Marlene was born and raised on a dairy farm in Oregon. In 1996 Marlene and her family moved to Lander. She is married to Doug Ulrich and has two children, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She moved to Lander not knowing anyone, but it didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the small town. Her husband started a construction business and a couple years later she began working in a dental office as a receptionist. After a few days, she began assisting the doctor and she found out she had a passion for dentistry. She has taken several hours of Continuing Education courses and loves to learn all that she possibly can. With 18 years of experience, she enjoys passing on her knowledge to others. She loves being with Wind River Dental Care and she loves the patients that she works with on a daily basis.
Dental Assistant: Hilary Scott
Hilary was born and raised in Lander. She joined the U.S. Army and served our country faithfully for nine years. She has two children Caiden and Lincoln. Hilary started working with Wind River Dental Care in 2016 after receiving Dental Assisting Certificate from CWC in Riverton. Her enthusiasm and passion for dentistry is contagious and she is eager to learn all that she can. She loves to travel, go camping and fishing and spend time with her two sons. Hilary is excellent with kids and enjoys meeting new people.
Patient Care Coordinator: Michaela Fenton
Michaela was born in Greybull, WY. She moved to Lander in 2014 with her husband Chad and started working with Wind River Dental Care shortly after. Michaela worked as a dental assistant for three years before she moved to Lander. She has one beautiful daughter named Macy and is expecting her second in April. Michaela is very passionate about dentistry and does a fantastic job working with Dental Insurance companies. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and creating lasting memories with them. She also enjoys the outdoors including hunting, hiking, and fishing. She loves interacting with the patients and has grown great relationships with many of them.
Front Desk/Dental Assistant: Debbie Meredith
Debbie was born in Wisconsin (Go Pack Go) and moved to Lander in 1979. She married her husband Cal in 1985 and they have four children (Jasmine, Skye, Domieka, and Trey). Debbie worked as a surgical/sterile tech for 13 years and has been a dental assistant since 1999. She brings a vast amount of experience to this office and she loves the interaction she gets with the patients. She is caring and compassionate and knows how to make people smile. She loves spending time with her family in the outdoors, boating, skiing and of course watching the Green Bay Packers.
Patient Care Coordinator: Charlotte Jay
Charlotte was born in Texas and raised in Nebraska. It didn't take her long before she was bleeding red and cheering for the Huskers. She has been married to her husband Chad for 23 years who works as a flight nurse for Guardian. Charlotte has two children and two grandchildren. Charlotte enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family. Charlotte is extremely patient and enjoys helping patients with any questions they might have. She loves her job and she loves the people she works with.
